A1+, the Armenian TV station which had its frequency taken away by the government six years ago, is considering a fresh bid to return to the airwaves after the European Court of Human Rights ruled that the Armenian government had been wrong to deny the station a licence in 2002. Now, the station's director, Mesrop Movsesyan, says he hopes to participate in tenders for a fresh broadcast licence, on equal terms and without discrimination, in the autumn. |
